Clear terms for early access.

These terms cover conclavely.com and its waitlist. Product access and paid services will be covered by separate service terms before launch.

Early-access website terms: joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid subscription or guarantee an invitation.

1. Agreement

By using conclavely.com, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit the waitlist form.

2. Waitlist & early access

Joining the waitlist records your interest in Conclavely. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, a particular feature, a place in a pilot, or a fixed price. We may prioritise requests based on fit, capacity, safety and the needs of the early-access programme.

Any product trial, design-partner engagement or paid service will be subject to the terms presented for that service before it begins.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or waitlist. In particular, do not:

  • submit false, unlawful, abusive or infringing material;
  • probe, disrupt or attempt to bypass the site’s security or rate limits;
  • use automated systems to overload the form or scrape the site in a harmful way;
  • impersonate another person or submit their information without authority.

We may block abusive traffic or remove submissions that breach these terms.

4. Website content & intellectual property

The Conclavely name, site design, copy and original materials are owned by or licensed to Conclavely. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate purposes, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.

Illustrative workflows and product previews describe intended capabilities and examples; they are not customer testimonials or guaranteed outcomes.

5. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or waitlist. We aim to keep information accurate, but early-access features, integrations, pricing and timelines can change as the product develops.

6. Responsibility

The website is provided for general information about Conclavely. It is not financial, legal, tax, security or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on marketing content, temporary unavailability, or third-party sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information submitted through the site and waitlist.
