Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- first and last name;
- work email address;
- company name and team size, if supplied;
- the work you would like your boardroom to handle, if supplied.
Our waitlist endpoint also records the submission time and IP address so we can secure the form, prevent abuse and investigate delivery problems.
How and why we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about early access, understand the workflows potential design partners need, operate the waitlist and protect the website from misuse.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requested early-access enquiries, developing Conclavely with suitable design partners and protecting our systems. We do not use waitlist information for unrelated advertising.
Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure and email providers that help us host the website, store submissions and respond to you, and by professional advisers where reasonably necessary. We require service providers to protect the information they process for us.
If a provider processes information outside the UK, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum where required. Email us to request details of the safeguard relevant to your information.
How long we keep it
We review waitlist records periodically and keep them only while they are reasonably needed to manage early access, respond to your request, maintain an appropriate record of our communications, or meet legal and security obligations. You can ask us to remove your waitlist record at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal information. You can exercise these rights by emailing us.
If you are in the UK and remain concerned after contacting us, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies & external resources
The marketing website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s font servers. If we add analytics or other cookie-based technology, we will update this notice and add any consent controls required.
