A boundary for each company
Core business records, agents and work are scoped to the selected company, with access checks in authenticated routes and services.
Role-limited credentials
Service credentials are stored encrypted and can be limited to approved executive roles.
Approval paths with a clear owner
Governed plans can require operator review or eligible CEO review. Trusted configured paths may use bounded auto-approval.
Work that leaves a visible trail
The Activity screen shows domain activity and work events in a chronological company feed. It is not a request-level audit viewer.
Budgets with consequences
Reported model costs can be checked against configured budgets, with warnings and pause behaviour at supported hard limits.
MCP tools inside the boundary
Administrators can add MCP servers and govern their availability to the company. Actual actions depend on the configured server and tool policy.

Please report it privately. Include the affected page or endpoint, the impact you observed and safe reproduction steps. Do not access data that is not yours or disrupt the service.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge reports, investigate the issue, share practical updates and prioritise remediation based on risk. Conclavely does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or another external certification.
